Grovintel started with a simple observation: greenhouse operators in Alberta and BC were stuck between old-school guesswork and overengineered systems designed for industrial mega-farms. We decided to fill that gap.

Our founders spent years managing greenhouse operations before stepping into agritech. We knew the frustrations—sensor failures in cold winters, software that doesn't talk to existing equipment, support teams that don't understand farming realities. So we built Grovintel differently. We started in Calgary, listening to growers, testing systems in real conditions, and iterating until the technology was actually worth installing.
